cpm.generators

The building blocks of every model: parameters and their priors, the Wrapper that runs a model over the trials of one participant (or the SessionWrapper for models that compute all trials at once), and the Simulator that runs it over many.

Parameters

Parameters	A class representing a set of parameters.
Value	The Value class is a wrapper around a float value, with additional details such as the prior distribution, lower and upper bounds.
LogParameters	A class that represents parameters with logarithmic transformations.

Wrappers and simulators

Wrapper	A Wrapper class for a model function in the CPM toolbox.
SessionWrapper	A Wrapper for a model function that computes all trials of a participant at once.
Simulator	A Simulator class for a model in the CPM toolbox.
